The Unsleben biogas plant of Agrokraft Streutal GmbH & Co.KG produces bioenergy in two lines. The electrical capacity of the first line is 901 kW (additional capacity of 889 kW with flexible operation). Biogas is produced in the second line and fed into the grid (equivalent to approx. 1400 kW electrical capacity).
In both lines, the substrates are mainly composed of corn silage, about 15% grass silage, and whole plant silage as well as 10% dry chicken manure.
Now the application of SensoPower S is part of the routine in this plant. According to the managing director of Agrokraft Streutal GmbH & Co.KG,
SensoPower S considerably improved stirrability.
SensoPower S makes changing substrates quick and easy.
Initially, we saved about 10% of the feed and about 5% of the feed over the long term.
